Who can use the service
You must be able to form a legally binding agreement to use High Point Search. Employers must be authorized representatives of a genuine, legally registered business and must provide accurate company information during registration.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. The information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to post false, misleading, fraudulent, or discriminatory content, not to misrepresent your identity or qualifications, and not to use the service to harass others or to collect data about other users for purposes unrelated to legitimate hiring. Employers agree to post only genuine job opportunities.
Job listings and applications
Employers are solely responsible for the job listings they post and for their hiring decisions. Job seekers are responsible for the accuracy of the profiles and resumes they submit. High Point Search provides a platform to connect the two but does not guarantee any job placement, hire, or outcome.
Equal opportunity
High Point Search exists to help experienced professionals, including those 50 and older and veterans, find meaningful work. Employers using the platform agree to act as equal-opportunity employers and not to discriminate unlawfully against any applicant.
Content you provide
You retain ownership of the content you submit, such as your profile details and resume. By submitting content, you grant High Point Search the permission needed to display and share it as required to operate the service — for example, showing your application to an employer you applied to.
Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free, and we are not responsible for the conduct of any employer or job seeker, whether online or offline.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, High Point Search is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any hiring decision or employment relationship formed through the platform.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date below. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
